INTEL Teach Programme

today, all of us, the KPLI's, were asked to attend a compulsory-3-days course as a requirement for us to complete our study. oh well, its quite better than having to go to the same class, week after week, isn't it? but, as usual, there'd always some kind of issues that would drag everything else to elsewhere. i don't want to comment too much or criticising, but personally, i think that the management people could do better with themselves, if they sit down for a while, have some cupcakes and coffees in between, while liaising with each other on who's wanting to do what, where and when. it's issues like this that made us the KPLI's, like we're not good enough to be future teachers.

is it too hard to admit that they've screwed up somewhere while planning their schedule? at least that would retain some of their dignity as the best leader would always bowed down to the peoples, and admit that they've wronged, but promise that they'll worked twice harder and better to amend their mistakes. but, those days were long gone now.

all that they can mustered about were to say that, all this screwdness that they've inflicted were to see if we, as the future's, can cope up with all these menial irresponsibility. in someway, yes, they were right, these FUBAR's can be seen as a practice when we truly get out there, and swim the unfathomable sea of school childrens. it can be a good training, but then, at the current condition, they're just denying that they've make mistakes, saying this and that, just to justify their wrongness, without the guts of saying the truth.

it's okay, perhaps to some to just simply ignore the voice of many and kept control, it's even easier for those who have the power to simply deafen their ears to all these voices.

in silence retribution,
it's a deafening silence.
